Please remember this combination: 1. Mushroom risotto 2. Aperol Spritz 3. Pistachio tarts (which we took to go because of huge risotto portions :)) Just a-ma-zing! ?

Plexiglass partition walls between the tables, and all other regulations are complied with. All food and drinks are available to take away, delivery possible on request.

Service and location are excellent, the dessert was a dream. The main course was delicious with a small deduction. Price performance is okay. The restaurant is always recommended. We would love to come back.

Great pizza Bianca ai fungi with truffle and decent house red

Excellent, traditional Italian restaurant with a wide range of quality dishes. Good service and cosy atmosphere, particularly by night. Not particularly cheap, but the food and wine is worth it.

Incredibly good pizza. But better just get it. Corona is whistled completely. Whole place full in the evening. 50 guests without masks in a room without ventilation. Have fun guys. ----- Please cut pizzas to take away better. Have to go over it every time. The new salmon (four straight strips of natural salmon) is terrible. Please bring the old woman back with the snippets.

I love the ambience! Awesome huge hall with high ceilings. Big windows and old-style bar. Really friendly Italian staff. Good selection of fresh and tasty food at reasonable prices. Also lots of special menu items. And it is close to the English garden and has a good connection by bus and "Tram" (Tivoli station).

Like an inn, large windows, comfortable tables at a sufficient distance. Food great! Clean toilets! I like to go there again.

Really tasty Italian food

Attention, we were also served antipasti that we hadn't ordered, two cake plates which then appeared on the bill with 20 €. What a shame... Because the food was very good and the Ampiente fit so far.

The food is good But how you as a guest get the money out of your pocket is not possible that is the bottom drawer. What a pity

Eat okay. We were unwanted guests three weeks ago, although it was still open for over an hour, the waiter let us know that we should leave quickly. What a shame

The staff was very friendly. Location is good but not so easy to find parking place. Unfortunately when you want to eat pizza it's bad place. We werethere with big group and almost everybody complained about cake and ingredients quality.

Very pleasant atmosphere with very good staff (especially Tony) who are good informed, friendly and willing to help you to make the customized, perfect menu for you. They make sure that the costumers are satisfied with their meal and service. I warmly recommend this restaurant.

I didn't like it here at all. It can always happen that you are forgotten as a customer. After 90 minutes of waiting for the 5 pizzas, you can expect the food. The boss gave a snotty answer to the interim inquiry. We then waited 10 minutes and finally wanted to pay. The bill included our pizzas. That was very bold and we weren't allowed to share our displeasure. Instead of apologizing, we were turned on. In addition, the contact details are always requested during the Corona period. There was no trace of it here. You can always turn a blind eye, but in the last few years I have never met such an unfriendly manager of a restaurant as here. I don't recommend the store.

Rustic furnishings, slightly higher in price, but eat very well. Also offers lunch. The outside area is unfortunately directly on a busy, noisy street. So sit better inside.

I was looking for dinner close to the Hilton. I can not believe that I just found the best pizza frutti di mare I had in my life. Service and atmosphere is incredible. Their open white wine very good. It was packed and I sat at the bar. No problem still great service. I will be back and ...... try it I’m certain you won’t be disappointed. March 8th, we had to to try it again being in Munich. It was fantastic. Service out of the world, food first class.

the service is only middle class, despite it's not even full, the food is not bad, but also not extraordinary. prices are a bit above usual. there are better restaurants out there with better service.

We were there many years ago, it wasn't good at all, we were back recently and it was just awesome. Maybe the owner has changed ?! Very tasty and super friendly staff. Price-performance ratio is also right.

Very good Italian

Always our first stop when visiting Munich annually. Food and service always great. Just a short walk from the Hilton, another great place we always stay at. I highly recommend.

Nice classic interior, good location near public transport and parking. Menu with a lot of year round Italian favourites as well as s seasonal chefs menu and seasonal a la carte dishes. Plenty of friendly and efficient staff. Visited on a Thursday evening for dinner. Had a pizza and risotto from the seasonal menu. Quality of the food was good, servings were large, taste of both dishes could have been richer. Prices average for Munich.

My favorite italian place of the town. Amazing true italian food (love the spaghetti frutti di mare and the fish), the service is fast and attentive (unfortunately not common in germany), the prices are reasonable and the atmosophere is unique. If someone asked me where to go, I would say: taverna del sud.

Really good, kind and courteous Italian staff. We ordered baked rigatoni, and spaghetti bolognese, very good. I recommend everyone to eat us deserves !.

For what this Italian would like to be, rather average in terms of quality and priced too high. The pizza is plentiful and tasty ok. Service also nice and very family friendly.

Tasty pizza, however I meet there (not only once )some unfriendly waiters... Example- we wanted just to have a beer and once we said we will not eat anything waiter was quite rude... besides that nice place to visit

Really great place!! Was there multiple times for launch and I always had a good time. The staff is very friendly and warm. The pizza and pasta is delicious. And according to Italian people I spoke, the food is quite the same as in Italy. The portions are large and come for adequate prices. I definitely recommend this place.

Excellent food and friendly service. Visited here twice on my short visit to Munich, and happy to come back again next time I’m in town.
